2009-2010 Yearbook Orders

Attention: Students, Parents, and Community Members:

Beginning December 14th, 2009 Knoxville High School will start accepting orders for the 09-10 yearbook. There are two options for how, when, and where interested parties will be able to purchase their yearbook reservation this year.
Ways to purchase a yearbook:
1.) Bring $35.00 cash, check, or money order to school and place an order with a staff member during lunch or with Ms. Kidder before or after school. This sale will run during school hours, December 14th 2009 through January 15th, 2010. When the order is placed this way, the purchaser will receive a receipt (proof of payment), and a plain standard yearbook will then be ordered. (Make checks payable to KHS Yearbook)

2.) Order your book online!
• You can do this on your OWN time until March 1st, 2010.
• The base price of the book is still $35.00, though there is a service charge of $1.00 when completing an order online.
• If you order after March 1st, the base price of the book will be $40. All orders can only be completed until March 20th, 2009. At this point in time the sale will have ended for the year.
• There are many bonus options you may choose to purchase with your book if you order online.
For example:

iTag with your name (This is detachable plated sticker)
iTag with Icons (This is a detachable plated sticker)

Year in Review (A mini-magazine over important national/global events)
Directions for Ordering a yearbook ONLINE:
1.) Open up your internet browser. (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.)
2.) Go to the following web address: www.yearbooksforever.com
3.) Type in Knoxville High School in the “School Name” box and select this option to move on.
4.) Click on “Make it yours”
5.) Choose from the 3 options that will appear on the next screen:
1. Deluxe PackageAdd $21 to Base price: Includes name stamp, 2 icons, iTag, clear cover
2. Basic PackageAdd $14 to Base price: Includes a name stamp, 1 icon, & clear cover
3. Make My Own Choose from a plethora of options to add to your base yearbook order.
6.) On the next page you will need to select further options you would like to purchase and then click on “next.”
7.) Fill out personal information about who the book is being ordered for and who will most likely be picking up the delivery in the fall when the orders come in. When finished entering your information click on “Checkout.”
8.) This will bring you to the payment page. Fill in your information and then click on “Place Order”
9.) At this point you should be emailed a confirmation page. Please save this or print it out, as it is your Proof that you purchased a yearbook without a staff member having to contact the company for verification.
• Yearbook deliveries are usually advertised on the school marquee (sign) in front of the building, in daily announcements at the high school, through a PACE message (via telephone) from the district office, and fliers posted in various places throughout the community.
