The Board of Education of Community Unit School District #202, Knox County, met in a special meeting duly called and held February 16, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at Knoxville, Illinois, which is within the boundaries of said District. The Chairperson called the meeting to order nd directed that the roll be called. Upon the roll being called, the following members answered and were found present:
Mr. Byom, Mr. Callahan, Mr. Putnam
And the following were absent: Mr. Bogard, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Rickard, Mr. Trulson
District All-Weather Track Discussion-Fundraising:
*need total dollar amount by segment for the project
*discussion of moving ball field and parking to utilize Mill Street
*Mr. Bahnks to get pricing for scoreboards
*Need drawings
*Set next meeting date
*Shayne Aldridge to find out about any easements
There being no further business to come before the Board, it was moved by Member Callahan and seconded by Member Putnam that the meeting be adjourned. The Chairperson put the question to the Board and the motion unanimously carried and the meeting was so adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
Roll Call vote was as follows:
Aye: Mr. Byom, Mr. Callahan, Mr. Putnam
Nay: None
Whereupon the Chairperson declared the motion carried.
