The Board of Education of Community Unit School District #202, Knox County, met in a special meeting duly called and held January 27, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at Knoxville High School Home Economics Room, 600 E. Main Street, Knoxville, Illinois, which is within the boundaries of said District. The Vice President called the meeting to order and directed that the roll be called. Upon the roll being called, the following members answered and were found present:
Mr. Byom, Mr. Callahan, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Putnam
And the following were absent: Mr. Bogard, Mr. Rickard, Mr. Trulson
Architect Interviews for All-Weather Track
Roeger Ellison-Schrader and Associates
Shane Larson & Steve Ravanesi-McDonough and Associates
Bob Johnson & Kevan Cooper-Metzger Johnson &Bruner, Cooper and Zuck
Josh Singleton & Bill Phillips and Associates
It was moved by Member Putnam and seconded by Member Callahan to negotiate with McDonough and Associates as the possible architect for the new All-Weather Track
Roll call vote was as follows:
AYE: Mr. Byom, Mr. Callahan, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Putnam
NAY: None
Whereupon the motion was carried.
It was decided that the committee would meet on February 4th at 6:00 p.m. to begin negotiations.
There being no further business to come before the Board, it as moved by Member Putnam and seconded by member Johnson that the meeting be adjourned. The Vice President put the question to the Board and the motion unanimously carried and the meeting was so adjourned at 8:10 p.m.

Nay: None
Whereupon the Vice President declared the motion carried
