October Student of the Month
Mary Bowman is Knoxville High School’s Student of the Month for October. She was nominated by Family and Consumer Science teachers and the Fine Arts teachers. Mary Bowman is a senior whose parents are Gary and Mary Bowman. She is active in Pep Club, Drum Major and an honor roll student.
Students are nominated by staff members on the basis of their leadership, citizenship, academics, school involvement and contributing positively to our school community. All nominated students receive prizes donated by area businesses and the school. Other nominees by department were Chris Adolphson, Math, Haley Jones, Physical Education/Driver’s Ed., Dassie Rice, English, Devon McClaren, Social Studies, Garrett Boelkes, Science and Hannah Nelson, Foreign Language.
